Heuring Dean Construction is a North Palm Beach, Florida-based construction management and general contracting firm built on a foundation of integrity, precision and client-first service. Led by owners Kevin Heuring and Kevin Dean, we bring enterprise-level project management expertise to every engagement.
We specialize in new home construction and renovation, new commercial construction, commercial fit-outs, office renovations, hospitality projects, retail buildouts and asset management — delivering complex projects on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.

Heuring Dean Construction is proudly veteran-owned. Kevin Dean served as an Avionics Technician in the U.S. Navy from 2001 to 2005, bringing military discipline, precision and mission-first leadership to every project.
