Coverage
One office, a region we know well
Our office is at 784 US Hwy 1, Suite 11 in North Palm Beach, and it is the only place Heuring Dean Construction operates from. What we cover from there is a single continuous corridor along Florida's southeast coast: Palm Beach County from Boca Raton in the south, north through the Palm Beaches and Jupiter, and on into the Treasure Coast at Stuart.
We keep the service area that size deliberately. Staying inside a region we can actually reach means a principal can be on site the day a question comes up, and it means we already know the permitting authorities, inspection rhythms and subcontractor bench in each jurisdiction. Projects outside the corridor are considered individually — if we cannot staff one properly, we will say so.
